EuRIC <a href=\"https:\/\/euric.org\/resource-hub\/press-releases-statements\/euric-secures-commission-flexibility-on-wsr-urges-action-from-non-oecd-countries-still-at-risk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">urges<\/a> non-OECD countries having failed to submit their notification on time to do so. If no request is submitted, a ban on exports from the EU to these nearly 150 countries will be enforced, <strong>starting May 21, 2027<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despite ongoing efforts to facilitate compliance, EuRIC warns that <strong>many non-OECD nations are<\/strong> <strong>unprepared<\/strong> for the extensive administrative requirements involved. The new procedures demand <strong>large volumes of data<\/strong> and <strong>detailed responses<\/strong>, placing a significant burden on these countries&#8217; regulatory bodies.
